What forms of payment do you accept?
X.RAE.ART accepts all major credit cards and orders through Stripe and PayPal. To order with PayPal you need to have a credit card or checking account. PayPal is a free and safe service that is easy to use.
I placed an order on the website, now what?
When you place your order on the website you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. I will also receive an email that the order has been placed.
Tell me more about how your apparel is sustainably made to order.
Apparel items are created when you order them by a third party manufacturer that will create and ship the apparel product directly to you. This helps me cut back on inventory and is a more sustainable practice. Know that this process may take up to two weeks for the production of the apparel you have ordered before they are shipped.
How does shipping work?
Postage is added in your shopping cart. Shipping fees will vary depending on the nature of the product and where you are located. I am located in the U.S. and ship domestically and internationally via USPS. I ship orders out every weekend. You can see shipping estimates on your order when checking out. Know that apparel products may take up to two weeks to be created before they are shipped (please see previous question above). All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. I am not to be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. For international orders, you are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
What about returns, exchanges or refunds?
At this time I do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please contact me via the contact form on the website. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving in original condition. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs. If your product arrives damaged, I am able to offer store credit. Please let me know by using the contact form on the website and by providing photo proof.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please reference the sizing chart located on each product page. T-shirt sizes may vary between different designs so please reference these charts every time before ordering.
